Privacy policy
Draft for legal review
This policy explains what we collect when you use www.uzdpart.com and how we use it. The website is operated by Uzdpart Spare Parts Trading LLC.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, your car details (including the VIN), the parts you ask for, and any photos you upload.
Why we collect it
We use it to find and quote the parts you ask for, to message you on WhatsApp about your enquiry, and to deliver and support your order. We message you on WhatsApp only because you agreed to it when you sent the enquiry.
Photos
Photos are re-encoded in your browser before they are sent, which removes location data. We keep the photos you send, including the one used to read your VIN, with your enquiry, so our team can check your car’s details.
Who sees it
Our agents and the systems we use to handle enquiries. We do not sell your information. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from robots when you send an enquiry.
Your choices
If you would like us to delete your information, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@uzdpart.com and we will take care of it.
Cookies
We use a single cookie to remember your language. If you accept, we also use Google Analytics cookies to see how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and whether an enquiry is sent. We never send your name, phone number or the contents of your enquiry to Google. We do not use advertising cookies. If you decline, no analytics code is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
