- All payment can be done by cash or card; No Cheques are accepted.
- Payment is due at the time of delivery.
Garages: For orders above AED 3,000, 100% advance payment is required.
End Users: Full advance payment is required for all orders, regardless of the amount. - Warranty, where applicable, covers replacement of mechanical and/or electrical parts only. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period specified.
- Body parts are sold without warranty. Inspect the item upon delivery and report any damage immediately for replacement (if applicable). No claims will be entertained after delivery.
- Missing items or issues reported after the warranty period will not be accepted. Such cases will be considered outside the scope of warranty.
- Parts cannot be returned after testing. Only replacements are allowed if the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA).
- Ensure the warranty sticker is intact on each item upon delivery. Warranty will be void if the sticker is broken or removed.
- Once a price is confirmed, it is final. No further negotiations will be entertained.
- All invoices are subject to a 5% VAT as per UAE law.
- Order cancellations after confirmation are not permitted and may result in restrictions or suspension of future orders.
- All used engines we supply are idle engines. Compression may not be visible at the time of inspection, which is considered normal for stored engines. Returns will not be accepted on this basis.
- Refunds are subject to management approval. For card payments, POS charges will be deducted. Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.
- For international shipments, the customer assumes full responsibility for customs duties, compliance with import regulations, delays, documentation accuracy, shipment risks (including loss or damage), and costs associated with refused shipments. UZDPart is not liable for any customs authority actions or penalties due to non-compliance.
- Service charges are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in advance.
- UZDPart shall not be held liable for consequential damages, installation issues, or vehicle compatibility beyond what is explicitly warranted.
